400MP
Description
Cobalt 400MP is a relatively coarse 400 mesh sieved powder. The particle
shape is irregular and nodular. The powder possesses very high green
strength, reasonably high hardness and a higher temperature sintering
capability.
Sintering

The pure powder is sintered in a standard hot press typically in a temperature
range of 870 - 950°C leading to typical hardness values in the range
of 95 - 100 HRB.
Typical
applications
Cobalt 400MP is used in a wide range of applications where it is typically
mixed with other elements for either economic and/or performance reasons.
